Company settings

Company settings adapt the same app to your process. Find them under Company in the settings menu; administrator permissions are required.

General settings

Your organisation’s name and details.

Item configuration

• Field configuration: which product fields you use and where they appear.
• Product images: images for each product.
• Attributes: properties shown as chips when adding stock, such as size or colour. An attribute’s key is fixed once created.
• Picklists: predefined field values.
• Item display: how a product appears in Compact, Order lines, Stock lines, Detail header and Search results.

Scan settings

Define how the app recognises a scanned code (Manage scan codes and settings): using a Regex pattern or fixed mapping, a Scan Mode for each code type (e.g. tg or epc), Only Scan Once to prevent duplicate scans, and Hybrid Mode (Regex). If you leave with unsaved changes, the app warns: You have unsaved changes.

EPC settings

The structure of new EPCs: SGTIN mode, your GS1 company prefix, Partition and Starting serial number. See adding stock for what this means for each product.

Order settings

• Order types for Outgoing and Incoming.
• Incoming receipt policy: Start received stock on hold, and over-receipt tolerance as a percentage (0–100) or in units. See receiving a delivery.
• Match stock by attributes: whether a receipt or pick is matched by attribute.

Container types

Carrier types (pallet, roll cage, box) and whether a Pallet scan before batch picking is required, separately for B2C and B2B. See containers and pallets.

Checkout

Enable checkout shows the checkout mode for scanning and selling products on a fixed table reader. Payment processing is not yet available in this version; the app states this on screen.
