Insights and activity log

See what needs attention across the organisation, open the underlying record or floor-plan location, and use the activity log to find who did what and when.

Updated 2 min read

Insights and the Activity log sit under Organisation and cover all your locations. Insights shows what needs attention now; the activity log shows what happened.

Insights

Open Insights (See what needs attention across your organisation). Choose the scope: Work location or All locations. Without organisation-wide permissions, you only see your work location.

The heading summarises the result: 7 things to review or All clear (3 locations responded, nothing needs attention). Signals are grouped under Work, Inventory and RFID, with severity Critical, Attention or Info.

SignalMeaning

Receipt overdueIncoming deliveries that are late.

Tap a signal to see its records, then tap a record for Open, Find on the floor or View all. The map shows All clear or Attention for each location; Open 3D floor plan takes you to the spot.

The model selector (Inventory, Products, Orders, Serial numbers, Counts, Tasks) determines which records you search.

Activity log

The Activity log shows who did what, by day and time: Time, User, Action, What, Where and Change. Filter by All activity, Inventory, Orders, Items, Counts, Work, Administration or Other, and by Everyone or Only me. Today’s entries carry the Live badge and refresh every minute.

Use the log to reconstruct a discrepancy: a count difference, a move missing from the stock history, or placement at a different spot with the reason given.
