01 When Enterprise fits
When does Enterprise fit your business?
Choose Enterprise when you need to connect sites and systems, add fixed RFID readers or agree on a higher level of support. You use the same platform, with setup and guidance tailored to your business.

02 Several locations
Stock and tasks across all your sites.
Your stores, warehouses and distribution centres work in one shared system. You decide who can see stock at one site and who has an overview across several.
- Access by site: give the Leeds team access to its own stock, and choose who can view or manage stock across sites.
- Transfers: record which items move from the distribution centre to a store. The transfer is recorded at both sites.
- A central overview: see stock, tasks and activity across the sites you have access to.
- Manage multiple organisations under one account, each with its own sites and users.
- Distribution centre Manchester 2,480 items
- Store Leeds 312 items
- Store York 286 items
03 Fixed RFID readers
RFID readers where your products pass through.
Identify RFID-labelled items at a loading dock, doorway or packing line. Beam designs, supplies and installs the readers and antennas, then tests the setup with your products and packaging.
- Check that each shipment is complete and correct before dispatch, without scanning every item separately.
- Read multiple items in a delivery at once, including items already labelled by your supplier.
- Antennas, readers, shielding and mounting are designed around your products and the reading area.
We test which items are detected, at what distance and at what speed. We also check for missed labels and items outside the intended read zone.
04 Integrations
Keep using your ERP or WMS.
Use products and orders from your business system in Beam, then send receiving, stock count and dispatch results back. Connect through a standard integration, such as AFAS, Exact, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP or CargoWise, or use the API or files. We agree what to exchange for each system.
05 Agreements
Clear agreements on setup and support.
Before you start, we agree how to roll out Beam, who will help you and what to expect when you have a question or something goes wrong.
- Start small: test with one team or site. Once the workflow is working well, expand step by step.
- Support: we agree how to reach us, how quickly we respond and what we monitor. These commitments are set out in your proposal.
- Dedicated contact: one person to help you during setup and afterwards.
- Activity log: look up who did what, where and when, for audits or to investigate discrepancies.
- Connection loss: we test which tasks your team can carry out and how work resumes afterwards.
- Sharing data: if you want suppliers or customers to receive information from Beam, we agree what to share and how.
06 In practice
TopGroup checks outbound shipments with RFID and CargoWise.
The supplier labels products with RFID tags. At dispatch, an RFID portal reads the labels and Beam checks the items against the CargoWise order. This helps TopGroup catch incorrect items before shipping.
07 Costs and agreements
From €2,725 per month
Total costs depend on your sites, processes, integrations, hardware and support. Your proposal shows what the subscription includes and what is charged separately.
