Rental

Know what went out, what came back and what is ready to rent.

Give each rental item its own code. See which customer received it and what is available again after return checks.

01 The industry

One item is missing. Which one, and who has it?

Receiving nine items back is not enough when ten went out. You need to know which item is missing, which customer has it and whether the rest can be rented again.

02 How it works

From preparation to return

Prepare and dispatch

Pick the equipment on the rental order. Record which items go to which customer and check that everything is there before dispatch.

Identify and inspect returns

A configured fixed RFID reader uses the link made at dispatch to identify which customer returned the equipment. Then check what can be rented again.

Look back at what happened

See which orders an item belonged to and which checks were recorded. Use that history to investigate missing or damaged equipment.

03 Setup

What we configure for your rental business

  • Which equipment gets its own code and which consumables you track by quantity.
  • Which labels withstand daily use and remain readable on cases, cables or metal.
  • Where you check dispatch and returns, using a handheld or fixed RFID reader.
  • Which orders and equipment records Beam exchanges with your rental system.
  • How your team handles damage, missing parts or equipment that needs cleaning.

04 Customer story

How Broers Verhuur uses Beam

Broers Verhuur uses Beam alongside Rentman. An RFID tunnel checks outgoing equipment and a fixed reader identifies returns.

Know what is ready for the next customer.

We review how you prepare, dispatch and receive equipment, and which checks it needs before it can be rented again.
