Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the difference for the remaining months in your contract period.
Nothing happens automatically. You did not leave a credit card, so nothing gets charged. You get an email reminder before your trial ends. If you want to continue, you choose your own contract period. If not, it simply stops.
We price locations by operational profile. A store or light site is different from a warehouse, depot or agricultural site. Enterprise applies when the process becomes more complex or business-critical, for example with ERP dependencies, custom workflows, high operational risk or a centralized warehouse/DC setup. This keeps pricing fair for chains with many smaller locations and for companies running one complex operation.
No. They are fair-use guidelines that show what each plan is designed for. Active articles are the article types or SKUs in Beam. Unique trace numbers are RFID tags, QR codes, serials, batches or asset IDs. If your usage grows beyond the guideline, we help you move to the right setup without surprises.
