Order lines are the items and quantities on an order. Each line is one product and how many need to be picked. This guide explains how to add, edit, and remove order lines. See Edit order lines and Viewing order lines below.
Edit order lines
On the order detail page, open the three-dot menu and choose Edit order lines. The Order lines screen opens with the order ID, + Add, and the list of lines. Each line shows the item and picked/total (e.g. 1/3 picked). Tap a line to edit; use the trash icon to remove it.
Add lines
- Tap + Add.
- Search for items by name or code, select an item, set the quantity, and tap Add X (e.g. Add 1).
- New lines appear under New lines. Tap Confirm X new line to add them to the order.
- Items already in the order can be added again to increase the quantity.
Edit a line
- Tap on the line.
- The edit sheet opens with the item name, View item, and the counts: Picked, Current (quantity on the order line), Stock.
- Change the quantity with New amount using the minus/plus stepper. Tap Save change to save. If you made no changes, tap No change to close.
Delete a line
- Tap the trash icon on the line to remove it from the order.
- The footer shows how many existing and new lines there are (e.g. "4 existing lines • 1 new line"); confirm new lines with Confirm X new line before leaving.
Viewing order lines
Each line shows the item (image and name) and picked/total (e.g. 2/3 picked). The footer shows how many lines are on the order (e.g. "4 lines on this order"). Tap a line to edit; use the trash icon to remove it.
Orders per item
On the item detail page an Orders card shows how many of that item are in orders and how many are to pick. Open the orders view to see which orders contain the item.
The view has a summary (active orders, to pick, X of Y picked), tabs Open, Active and Done with counts, and a list of orders. Each order shows the order ID (e.g. ORD-426325), date, and picking progress for that item (e.g. 2 of 3 picked).
