Store selling

Nobody has to walk to the stockroom.

Your customer puts a garment on the table and sees straight away which sizes this store has, and what goes with it. An RFID reader under the tabletop recognises the label; an ordinary iPad shows the rest. Reader from €335.

01 The problem

On a Saturday nobody is free to go and look.

One size is on the rail. The customer cannot tell whether hers is there, staff are busy at the fitting rooms, and anyone who does ask stands waiting while someone checks the back.

  1. 01 Customers walk out over a size the store actually has.
  2. 02 Your team walks back and forth for questions the rail does not answer.
  3. 03 One question about a size costs two people time: the customer waiting and the colleague walking.

02 The process

From label to look.

  1. 01

    Put the garment down

The reader under the tabletop recognises the RFID label. The item appears large on screen with its category, name and price. Nobody types anything and nobody picks up a scanner.

  2. 02

Every size, with what is here now

Below the item each size carries the number this store has. A sold-out size is struck through. The customer sees the answer without asking for it.

  3. 03

    And what goes with it

Beside the item six products appear that your own stylist linked to it, in the order they chose. Whatever is in stock comes first, with the number of sizes beside it.

  4. 04

    Only then does anyone walk

The answer is already on the table, so your colleague only fetches a size that is really there. Nobody walks to the back for a no.

03 In the app

What the display actually does

The display opens the item large, with the number per size and the place those units are: on the shop floor or in the stockroom. So you know beforehand whether walking is worth it.

04 Outcome

What your customer and your team see at once

  • Is my size in this store?
  • Which sizes are sold out?
  • What goes with this item?
  • Which of those products still have stock?
  • Does anyone still need to go to the stockroom for this?

05 Fit

When this solution fits

  • When your store gets more questions at peak times than your team can answer.
  • When part of your stock sits in the back and customers miss a size because of it.
  • When you want to show combinations your own stylists put together.
  • When you want the same display at the fitting rooms or the counter as well.

Your items already carry an RFID label. Beyond that you need an ordinary iPad and an RFID reader under the tabletop, from €335. The display shows one item at a time and is not a till: it takes no payment, does not know your customer and sets no prices.

See the display with your own collection.

We put one of your items on the table and show what the customer sees: every size with what is there, and the combination your stylist put together.
