Racks holding recorded stock in a warehouse

01Inventory management across your business

Know your stock. Keep work moving.

Manage stock, assign work and check what comes in and goes out. In your store, in your warehouse and between locations.

For warehousing, retail, rental and horticulture.

Stock records vs. reality

In stock. But nowhere to be found.

An order is on hold because a product is not where it should be. Beam shows where your count differs from your stock records.

03How Beam works

Know what you have. Track each item if you need to.

  1. Track quantities or follow individual items

Keep track of how many you have of each product. Give each chair its own code, and you can also see where it is and what has happened to it.

  2. Record what happens

Record what you receive, move or count. Enter quantities, scan barcodes or read RFID tags.

  3. Check what does not match

Beam shows differences between your count and your stock records. Check them before adjusting your stock.

04Counting with RFID

Count stock without scanning each barcode.

A handheld RFID reader identifies several items with RFID tags at once. Beam counts each item once, even if the reader detects it repeatedly.

Tags, equipment and surroundings affect what the reader detects. We set up and test fixed readers for their location, such as a doorway.

05Checking discrepancies

Know which items need another check.

An item missed during a count is not necessarily missing. Beam shows its recorded location so you know where to check again.

Start your check at B-11 and B-12.

06From dispatch to returns

Know what comes back. And who sent it.

A fixed RFID reader lets Beam identify returned items automatically. Beam uses the link made at dispatch to show which customer or location returned them.

No need to open each order or select a customer manually.

Check before dispatch

The right items in the right shipment.

Check that the shipment is complete and contains the right products before it leaves. Beam links each item to the customer or location.

No need to open each order or select a customer manually.
