Write off
In the event that an item needs to be debited, for example because it did not pass the inspection in the desired way or, for example, it was sold, it can then easily be deducted.
Go to the items tab and select the item to cancel. Then click cancel in the top bar. Indicate in the rules what amount should be deducted. While saving, Beam asks for the reason to write off; after this has been done, the deducted number of items will disappear.
Delete items or parties
It is also possible to remove items from Beam in a different way. When you open the item, a red trash can appears in the top right corner; if selected, Beam asks for the same reasons, select a reason and click delete. Now, the item or batch has been properly removed from Beam.
